i’m getting excited about chicago. i keep dreaming about it. and it turns out, my long time internet friend andy…who lives in virginia…is going to be in chicago this weekend too. and wouldn’t it be so weird if the first time we meet in person is in a city that neither of us live in?! lol. i’d really like to meet him if possible tho, so hopefully i can talk to him and find out what his schedule is like. he proposes to me on a monthly basis…all in jest of course. it’s kinda funny, cuz we bitch about the opposite sex to eachother, and joke around about us getting married cuz we can never find good people to date. we had a fake internet dating thing back in the irc days. and i mean fake as in, we pretended we were dating…to create drama in the channel and what not. we never actually did “cyber date”. at one point he told me he’d never have sex with me ROFL. long story.

i decided that if/when i get offered the dual rate promotion i’m going to take it. i had considered turning it down, so i could get dealer time in to get real good so i can go west…but my body is just disintegrating from these games…my shoulder is just beyond help at the moment. i can’t imagine how some people have dealt for 25 years…i’ve dealt for 5 months and i feel like my arms and hands are gonna fall off. there are 3 chiropracters that offer casino employees discounts so i’m going to look into that. another concern is that once you start going you can’t stop. ug. but yeah…i think it’s a safe bet i’ll get offered the promotion in the next round. alot of people have told me i’m going to get it, or that they’re going to nominate me for it. so…we’ll see.
