they played new kids on the block at work today.

i already know my pay check next week is going to be screwed up. they have me in for 7 hours overtime when i clocked out today, and it should be 8 because of the extra hour on monday. not looking forward to having to have that fixed. oh well.

i almost got 2 speeding tickets today…on the way to work and on the way home. going to work, i was going 65 when i saw the cop, and i was passing someone. he pulled out behind me, followed a bit down robert moses, but never pulled me over. then just now coming home, a state trooper was sitting on the lasalle expy. he was probably asleep tho, and i was only going 60. but it would have sucked either way.

on tap for tomorrow, laundry i think…maybe some website stuff. we’ll see.

gah i had a dream i cut myself… like…purposely. like a cutter. cut down my forearm twice with a plastic knife. my left arm. but it healed real quickly, as if i was a vampire. haha. but still… i’m not a cutter, and i’ve never ever had so much of a thought of cutting myself.

i got a bill from geico for 8$ on my car insurance. i was like wtf, my ticket was reduced to non-moving violation, i shouldn’t have an increase. so i called…stupid NY state increased the mandatory “new york law enforcement fee” from 1$ to 5$ and called for back pay for anyone who got insurance in june, aka me. the other 4$ was a “premium installment change” from geico. good thing i called, and didn’t just blindly pay it, cuz he guy said he can take off the 2nd charge, so i only owe $4 now haha.

i can’t figure out why my smilies don’t animate anymore. even if i go to the url of the image directly, they’re not animated anymore. i asked around on the MT support boards, and to the guy who’s code i used to hack my MT pages…just have to wait for a response now. oh well.

i think it’s time for a new layout. so…soon.

and i’m having a hard time restraining myself from listening to the new APC songs that are on the NYC bootleg. i’m limiting myself to just the songs from the first album. but gah…the temptation is unbareable.

my mom is funny. she sent me postal mail of an ad from vogue mag, of some model in a coat. she thinks the coat would look good on me. AS IF I NEED MORE COATS. but cuz of that, i went out in search to find it…i went to the guess website, and bought this coat:
it was only 22.99, onsale. yay. if it doesn’t fit i can take it back to the store too. there was a rad dress i liked on the guess outlet site, but no returns on that, and if it doesn’t fit i’m screwed. only 25$ tho, 82% off the original price. i feel like i should buy it anyway LOL. but the jacket will be a good photo jacket, as leighanne said, lots of pockets for film and whatnot.
