ok so whatever the problem is seems to have pretty much worked itself out. i changed some settings with the router that eric had disabled, but i don’t think that made any difference. used adr’s laptop to see if a wire-full (haha) connection worked, she had less problems then i was having on wireless. but she was still getting disconnected. just not every minute (literally)…seems to have fixed itself at the moment, i guess it was an adelphia problem.

tony came over tonight, the 3 of us went to perkins to eat…so high class now. it’s weird. if it’s 24 hrs (i didn’t notice) it’s just not the same anymore. but a blast from the past – an old dennys waiter (the hot one) – works at perkins now lol. ended up hanging out there for a while, then went to deedees for desert then back here for the last 7 hours lol. it was a good time. lots of shop talk haha, lots of good conversation. fun times.

however in showing tony my website i realized MT has left every post since i switched to MT on the main blog page…so since mid/end april, with all the password posts and talk of “the situation”…gotta see how to fix that. i’m sure it’s just a setting i missed somewhere. *update* ok i don’t know what the problem is, cuz the setting says “show 7 days worth of posts”…and yeah i see tons…wtf…

so now when i wake up i gotta go get more b&w film and do laundry before work at 9. allentown art festival sat with eric tiff and adr…terminal tour sunday. as i put it at dinner “if i could physically have a wet dream the terminal tour would be it”…tony and adr got a kick out of that hahah.

omg me and tony are such dorks. we had an extended conversation and got excited about my graphing calculator hahahah.

and oh yeah. this may not be news to anyone but…marilyn manson is not playing the buffalo ozzfest. i had wondered about it because various sites didn’t list him on the list for buffalo…but i didn’t know why. then adr said she heard ppl protested about him playing here (grow up, that was so 3 years ago), but thought it might have been resolved. i emailed bull @ 103.3 and asked if he knew anything. he said manson’s not playing, it’s an off day for him and he’s using it for whatever reason. so whatever…very disappointed. i’m never gonna fucking see that band.

and oh yeah. bono is a friggen lyrical genius. i’m gonna be macphisto for halloween. gotta start preparing now haha.

 

there is no point on me being online, because again, can’t stay connected to the net for longer than a minute at a time.

someone needs to fix this.

 

called adelphia for help with my connection. seems like it may be a modem problem. the guy had me hook the lap top right to the modem, he ran tests, he had me reset it, things weren’t working right. so they’re sending someone tomorrow morning. yay…cuz i dont work til 5 tonight. whatever. that hinders the allentown plans tho…but whatever. my comp is hopeless to get a connection now, so atm the laptop is connected right to the modem.
