i guess 2 years ago now, i heard jakalope’s “pretty life” on the radio and was impressed enough with it to “acquire” the album. but i never listened to it. until today. and i wonder why the song impressed me…because it’s not super interesting, and i don’t like the rest of the album. oh well.

also listened to the first 3 stabbing westward records. i forget how much i like them. usually i get so annoyed with the whinyness of all the songs about his ex girlfriend that i don’t make it through “darkest days” but listening was broken up enough to get through it, and “ungod” and most of “wither blister..” i forgot “ungod” was my favourite of the 3.

sleeping til 3 everyday is not good. need to get up earlier, but i just have no motivation to get out of bed. blah.
