the boy who reminds me of carolyn wants to take me to casino niagara so he can teach me how to play pai gow. we have the same day off (usually) so i guess we’re gonna go next tuesday. i work this tues cuz i had off saturday. i dunno about this. first off, this means i’m gonna have to gamble. i mentioned we need a low roller game, and he’s like yeah 10 dollar pai gow hands. i’m thinking “holy shit 10 bucks a hand!!!” lol. at least you have a 60% chance of tieing the dealer in that game. secondly…because i’m 1. neurotic 2. scared of boys 3. in love with a certain person in africa…i’m already thinking of how to make this an obvious non-date. he’s nice and everything, super friendly etc…it’s just. yeah. so can’t date anyone right now. and he’s shorter than me.

so we were talking about the weather, and how damn cold it is. i mentioned that my exboyfriend was in africa and it’s 100 there blahblahblah he’s in the peace corps blahblahblah. he’s like “you didn’t break up because he went into the peace corps did you?” i’m like “yup.”

the casino had it’s first big winner last night i guess. some guy won 400k+ and a harley, and only spent 8 bucks. why can’t that be me?

i should go to bed now.

hah i told my mom about that kid wanting to take me out, and she’s like *weird face* i dunno about that. i know she’s thinking “cuz he’s not nate.”…which is exactly what i’m thinking as well, but i just thought it was funny.

so i went to the post office to mail nate’s letter, got some food from tops so i can send away for danielle’s gift, and came home and made soap. burned my hand with lye too…hah just kidding. but i did make soap. my fish soap in a bag kit. they’re cute. smaller than i was imagining, but still cute. i don’t know what i’m going to do with 7 fish in a bag soaps, but i’ll figure it out. give them away. send one to nate so he can be clean haha. of course you kinda need water as well.

i guess eric and tiff are in town, so probably do something later. damn it, i knew i should have taken a shower lol. i’ll have to get dressed now too lol.
