Tour de Falls

spent a nice day out at the falls with glen and his family, in town from the UK for a few days. we did the Cave of the Winds for the first time and it’s very cool, you definitely get wet. the plastic bag poncho doesn’t quite cover my calves so the bottom of my pants were soaked. but they give you these stylin rubber sandals to wear so you don’t go around with wet shoes the rest of the day. and then you can donate them to 3rd world countries after, so i did. went on the maid of the mist too, which i still think is a “must do” if you go to the falls. got dinner at the casino, used a gift card and i still have $50 on it to spend arg haha. walked across the bridge to canada to view the falls and came back to the states. tomorrow we’re heading to toronto, with the only thing on the list to do is CN tower. they want to stay downtown so i dunno, we’ll figure something out haha

posted a bunch of photos from my phone on facebook

i’m sore from all the walking, tomorrow will only be worse, followed by 2 concerts in 2 days…i’m gonna be hurting sunday for exploring in detroit with david haha.

ps. to olympic reporters…maybe you shouldn’t shove a microphone into a 15 year old divers face, who just missed qualifying to compete for the gold, then say you’re sorry and understand she’s upset and crying. and maybe you shouldn’t ask the sprinter who got disqualified what he thinks about it when he didn’t know anything about being disqualified and thought he won bronze. just a suggestion.
