1. went to joanne fabrics to buy stuff to make my purse. it turned out to be way more complicated than it should be, but that’s ok. it’s gonna be way rad when i’m done. i need to figure out a handle for it, but i figured that can wait. turned out joanne was having a sale too, so all my stuff only cost 5 bucks.
2. my xmas lights arrived today YAY. so i got distracted between doing my purse and doing the tree, and ended up being rushed to make it to work on time to be one hour early. yeah. i didn’t know what time i started at so i rushed to get in by 8 incase it was 8, but of course, it was 9. so i rushed for nothing and sat there for an extra hour.
3. despite being early, work was really good and went by really fast today. my weekend roulette shift usually drags cuz i’m usually in the 2nd pit, but today was fun.
4. boys are frustrating.
5. i seriously don’t know what i’d do if A. nate was home without my knowledge and he just came and sat down at my game. or B. nate was home and he called.
6. i thought of a way rad idea to decorate a xmas tree so i think i’m gonna go buy a 2nd tree LOL. my first tree is only 4 feet tall anyway, i think i’ll get another small tree and set it up so you see it when the door opens. the other is in the corner next to the tv. i’m gonna steal my dad’s 40$ digi cam and take some pics soon. i have 3 strands of lights on my tiny first tree LOL if i buy a 2nd tree the colored ones will prolly get moved to tree 2. i think i’m gonna go to target tomorrow, cuz i need to buy some rugs anyway. and i won’t have time to do it next week. don’t have time to go to photo class and finish my assignments either, except on thursday night. gotta put together my assignments tomorrow and see what i need to do. i MIGHT be able to fake 3 assignments as is right now. we’ll see tomorrow when i take a look.
7. i made it into the full baccarat class. it starts…monday. yeah 2 days notice, that’s good. already half the people can’t make it or are going to miss too many days. we only have 8 class days (2 weeks, mon-thurs). i can’t believe they’re not waiting til after the holidays. whatever.
8. we are getting new games at work. new novelty games like spanish 21 (different kinds of bets with different pay outs, no 10s in the 8 decks), and some other game, possibly casino war (lame). we don’t get paid more for knowing them so i don’t feel the need to learn them, tho i probably will. they’ve been teaching spanish 21 on the floor but i haven’t been told to go learn it. whatever. after baccarat class i’ll be making almost minimum wage!! yay hahah
9. after longing to find someone or someplace that had nine inch nails piano sheet music….there is one. Know The Score is music to selected nin songs, mostly the instrumentals, all written by some girl by ear. so now i just need to buy a printer so i can print them out, relearn how to read bass clef, and relearn how to play piano. *excited* especially cuz they have the 2 songs i want played at my funeral. woooo!!!
