i got screwed tonight, and not in a good way. started off in pit hell, on let it ride, so i signed the list to get out early. that lasted 20 minutes, before they pulled me off to go in high limit. so i took my name off the list. la la la 4am comes around, and i’m still on my last game i was relieving, and there’s no one from grave shift to relieve me…greaaaaaat. in the meantime i’m dealing to one of the more notorious players in the casino, which was super. 5am rolls around and i’m finally home. a nice 9 hour shift, great. there is one good thing tho. i’m getting a nice gift from the player tomorrow though. a really nice gift.

and i almost met cyndi lauper.

now i’m exhausted, and stuff. i got shit to do tomorrow, like call russell about this website nonsence and blah blah blah.

i just can’t read “crash”. read the 3rd chapter last night. i almost threw it across the room, but it was 5:30 am. it’s just so…stupidly fucked up. every paragraph has some kind of sexual reference in it. and for no reason. i don’t see the point of it all, much like i didn’t see the need for all the excessive detailed sex in “choke” either. i can’t possibly imagine what the plot of “crash” is, and it’s not interesting enough to make me want to find out. if i have to read the words “pubis” or “mucosa” one more time i’m going to break something.

onto the next book…one more week til Diary, so maybe i’ll just wait. er wait, it’s this week i think…today even haha. definitely waiting. aunt darleen pre-ordered it for my bday so i should get it some time this week.

i decided i might want to get some other lenses for my camera… first off, i have no idea how to figure out if a lens can be used with my camera. secondly, they are way too friggen expensive. so i guess i’ll have to deal with what i have. i’ll have to look into what kind of things my dad has that i could use, since he has tons of cameras and what not. maybe i’ll even tackle trying to learn to use the large format camera. but that requires tripod-ing it and, ug..tripods. haha maybe i should have looked at this site about my camera before i looked for lenses hahah. that’d have been smart.
