i said i got sunburned. i got weird sunburns. half my neck, a patch where my gown zipped up at the top, my nose, and my left hand and wrist. hahah. good thing most of them aren’t that noticible.

so unpacked and sat around for a while. then got adrienne and drove to the falls to waste a bunch of film in my new camera that my parents gave me for graduation. it’s a nikon SLR (manual and automatic, zoom lens etc). then it started to storm. so we got soaking wet, walking back to the ramp. the lightning was amazing. there was so much – more than i’ve seen in a long time. and we were driving into the storm on the way home so it was a perfect view. it rocked.

took carolyn to the bus station today, and headed back here. mom is annoying me with the packing crap for vegas. but oh well it’s ok. i probably won’t be on again until monday when i get home, unless i find a cheap (aka free) internet terminal at some point in the next 7 days. i might be able to go on from chicago/wisconsin.
