guess who i ran into today. my best friend all through school, angela. ran into her and aaron robinson at wegmans. they’re married. they started dating when we were in high school. she looks the same, but with glasses. she works at the border as the agriculture inspector, lives on millersport…didn’t say too much else. and she didn’t seem particularly interested in what i was doing, i seemed to be asking all the questions. i guess it was good to run into her though. i find it odd that i dream about her so much. i gave her my card and said to keep in touch, we’ll see if that actually happens. i don’t really expect it.
this commercial reminded me…my mom asked today if i had gotten a hepatitis vaccine, and yes i did before college. and meningitis during college. and she said, i think you should get the HPV vaccine. and i replied “i’m not a slut” LOL and she’s like, well it’s for sexual….and just sorta stopped. and all this in front of my dad. hahahah fantastic. yeah i don’t think so.
delta called this morning, and instead of the Indian guy who called yesterday, a white girl called today, named sara also, and *shock* i could understand every word she said. it was nice! i know that India and Pakistan need jobs too, but seriously…can’t understand them! anyway. my flights have all changed and are a bit later than they were, and in the case of my return from london, very much later. i don’t leave london until 2pm now, which meant i’d miss my connection at jfk so they changed that one as well, and I don’t get into buffalo until 8pm now. s’all good. i can sleep in more before going to gatwick in the morning.
i forgot america’s next top model started again today. woo. maybe that’s why i kept dreaming about it. hahah. *i’m so lame* i like the black girl with the huge hair for some reason, so of course she gets cut first. and the plus size girls, who i’d hardly even consider fat. i want to like the blond chick not named sarah, but…she keeps dressing in like…a tutu and i don’t support that. she reminds me of joan jett or something. the blond named sarah reminds me of drie. and woah she looks like scarlett johanson in her shoot. jasline? who got cut last season looks good when she doesn’t smile. but god love airbrushing hahahahah
oh hold on, i just found the show *I* want to be on…the search for the next pussycat doll. 😛 ok…this commercial says their one of the biggest bands around…i’ve never heard of them. apparently i know one of their songs, but i know it from a Heineken commercial…

ok THIS is hilarious. really maybe only to me and adr2, given the ridiculous and hilarious conversation we had about nin leaving the philly club show1 early to see the new starwars, and then trying to find movie theatres to see if it was true. and then later finding out that it was indeed true LOL.

so as speculated for ages, sabres traded biron to philly (yuck), and got ty conklin from columbus. i’m sad. i love marty. 10 minutes left til trade deadline and that’s the only move so far. they’ve got biron’s salary to work with now, i’d expect some more moves.*update* and we pick up Zubris and Timo Helbling from the Capitals for Novotny. and Mikko Lehtonen from Nashville.
and also as i expected for ages now…i’m getting sick. my throat feels weird, and i’ve just been waiting for me to get sick right before the trip. all month i hoped i’d get it over with before i leave, but of course not. i hope maybe this weird feeling will go away and i’ll be fine, but i still expect to get sick at some point in the next 3 weeks. my luck.
which reminds me delta called this morning and left me a message that my flight plan has changed and to call them back…arg. better not be something major. alex, did they call you too?
didn’t sleep well, had nightmares about year zero LOL. that there is a movie accompanying the album, and at one point everything is normal, it’s like people in suburbia, normal lives, then suddenly everything explodes…really loud noises, like the warning page on artisresistance.com but louder and more horrible. and in the dream i freak out and turn it off cuz it was horrifying and i was so scared by it. i tried to rewind and watch it again, but same thing, the explosion is so scary i can’t watch it. then my parents come over and we try to watch it again, and i get through it because it wasn’t that scary after all LOL.

ups came today and i got my sd card. and the packaging is nothing i’ve seen before, so it proves that i didn’t receive it and just completely forget hahah. and it was in one of those indestructible plastic bubble wrap envelopes. so i’ve revised my theory of what happened to the first one to be…it got ran over by a snow blower…that’s all i can really think of.
drury is out indefinitely with a possible concussion….arg. move the amerks to the aud, so they can be close by and ready.
i made myself arm warmers today since i lost mine during the nov 05 tour. and they’re velvet. woo hahah. now do i silk screen red year zero symbols onto them to be a complete nerd or not…
so i think the first time bestbuy shipped my sd card order it got stolen…or something. when i went outside today, with the snow melted, there was part of a packaging for a 2gb sd card in front of the garage. so either my neighbor stole it and was careless in getting rid of the packaging…or…someone ran it over, covered in snow in the driveway – most likely me. but it was just the packaging and not the actual card. it snowed again, so now i can’t look harder for the actual card to see if it would possibly still work. ups claims it is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, and they better not be retards and leave it outside in the snow without putting a note on the door to let me know to look for it.
in the hysteria of the hockey game i forgot to mention, i have an appt on the 1st for my halo14 tattoo. i took some fonts i liked to carls and one of the guys josh is going to draw something up for me.
