the wine tour was quite fun. it was the usual crew from work plus a few others, 29 total. we stopped at 4 wineries on seneca lake – fox run, lakewood, glenora and this one i forget the name of. wine…eh. i still don’t really like it…the sweet wines are too sweet, the dry too dry. the sweet ones are too girly and boones-farm-like for me. and the dry just taste eh. i did buy a bottle of one dry white that i actually liked. was easy to drink and all that, from lakewood. long drive home back to the falls, and about 12 of us went to dinner at casa nova for a bit.
on the ride home from getting gas at the rez, i realized a bunch of things about this year. it’s been a pretty good one. demoting myself and taking antidepressants work wonders. it’s been a year since i dropped back down to dealing, and i am much happier at work, and bringing home more money. drugs make me not think about all the things that bother me. had 2 more legs of a great tour, flying across country again, meeting and seeing way cool people. we had a great season at the terminal without a lot of the problems we had the previous year. it’s been almost a year without any people dragging me down. it’s been a long time without any stress or drama, and i hope to keep it that way.
