dream: i was at work with all the casino workers but we worked at walmart. for whatever reason, someone suddenly said the rapture was upon us, and everyone started panicing and running around, running towards the front of walmart. there was a group of us who were like, no way is the fucking rapture coming. i found some religious book in the toy section about the rapture and i was going to read it to the people amassed at the front of the store waiting to be taken to heaven (i guess) but another coworker said they’d never understand and it would probably make them mad. alot of people had left the store but i stuck around because i thought the situation would be very humorous hah. people kept telling them that it was not the “fucking rapture”. then i went back to the garden section where the leader of the rapture group and another person were tieing someone to a christmas tree and beating the shit out of them, as if it was jesus on the cross. then i realized this was sorta getting out of hand. so i grabbed what turned out to be a mic stand and tried to start beating the 2 guys with it, but it was really heavy and i didn’t do a very good job. so i left them and went back to the front of the store to find my friends and we were going to leave, but then the leader of the rapture was like “There’s no way you’re getting out of here”. he and his cronies started moving the shopping carts in front of the doors to block anyone from getting out. someone told me to escape and call the SWAT team, so i launched myself over the carts and out the door into the parking lot. i ran to my car hoping no one was following me to take me back inside, and made it, and started driving home – which was my old town house near the air base. there was a really funny colored sky like a big storm had just passed. i tried to call 911 but it wouldn’t ring, because the power was out from the storm and phones weren’t working. i tried again and got through and told them some cult took over walmart claiming the rapture was coming, and they were like…what?!?! hahahahah
