i got to be the “rocker” today at work. which meant i was in charge. i forgot how much i like telling people what to do \ud83d\ude42 apparently some of us are getting trained to be bussers as well, we find out at the meeting that is in 8 hours. which means i should go to bed lol.<\/p>\n
osama bin laden would be mortified at the family who came in today. it was a group of some kind of islamics, with their turbans and what not. well the teenage boy had on his turban and then over it he had a backwards visor on hehe. i laughed at the merging of cultures. then i felt bad, because i realized when i was driving home i gave them completely wrong directions to goat island. only good thing is, is that they came back in not too long after to use the bathroom again…so they probably didn’t go to goat island.<\/p>\n

i’ve been coughing for the last half hour. my mom has come in my room twice. they’re gonna make me go to the doctor. arg. i cant stop coughing tho, especially if i lay down. so i am in front of my comp again….i just want to sleep.<\/p>\n

i don’t know when i managed to stop coughing and fall asleep, but 8:20 was way too early to get up to go to work for the meeting. we were all half asleep lol. i got paid to sit there for an hour tho, which was nice. and i got my pay check. and i found out work-boy lives with the ultra hot server. they’re roommates. still don’t know the gay-factor, if there is one. but that’s ok cuz i decided when i left, work-boy really isn’t my type and even if something were to happen it really wouldn’t work out. so yeah. totally done with that.<\/p>\n

if anyone needs an example of how much magazine covers\/ads\/etc are air brushed, check out the new issue of cosmo girl. kelly osbourne is on the cover. everyone knows she is not tall OR skinny…it’s like, her head on someone elses body. and i think that’s really awful. i think alot of people look at kelly and see someone cool, and the fact that she doesn’t look like super model is a good thing IMO…give young girls someone to look up to who isn’t still living in the “heroin chic” look of the 90s…<\/p>\n

i downloaded trent’s celebrity deathmatch and reptile mp3 from the dvd last night. so great. cuz the dvd version of reptile is the greatest live version of it i’ve ever heard – better than the one with bowie. the celeb death match is trent vs puff daddy. anyone know what year it was from? because mills lane puts the 2 men back together as hybrids, and they’re like “he’s created a new kind of musical style” and i was just wondering if that came before or after the rap rock craze….<\/p>\n

slept all day. awake now, nothing to do. seems eric went to erie to see adrienne. i think danielle was going to go unless she had to do family shit…so either way, she’s either there, or doing family shit. and i have no other friends lol. i guess it doesn’t matter that i close the next 2 days.<\/p>\n

i forgot to mention before…about the meeting. apparently my store has this policy that if you’re late for a meeting, you have to sing something in front of everyone. last meeting, work-boy and ultra-hot server were late, so they had to get up in front of the entire store (kitchen staff and everything) and sing “row row row your boat”. work-boy said he didn’t even know the words. so 2 people were late to our meeting today, so work-boy got to pick what songs they sang for us. the girl had to sing “i’m a little tea pot”, and the kid had to sing “itsy bitsy spider” hahaha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
